Ron Felix
Ron is a retired Aerospace Engineer. His work involved technical and manufacturing management at multiple levels, as well as company ownership. He did metallurgical research, provided manufacturing support, and implemented quality management systems. This work also includes initiating and maintaining measurable improvement programs.
Education
He has a BSc in Materials Engineering, with a heavy minor in Mechanical Engineering, graduating from the University of New Haven. Graduate education included taking MBA courses at Temple University. Further education included being a certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, and taking courses in Statistical Mathematics, Reliability Engineering, & others.
Vision
He is interested in improving the quality of the education of the students in New Hope-Solebury by bringing an analytic approach to the class room, student health and financial expenditures. He is committed to transparency and working with—not against—parents in the school district.
